Who should attend
The purpose of the PDWs is to provide scholars with constructive, developmental feedback on their ongoing research within the respective areas of focus of each participating journal. Although many of the papers discussed may ultimately be submitted to ETP, JPIM, or IMR, the workshops have a broader objective: to enhance the quality of scholarly research and support the successful integration of emerging scholars into the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation, and international marketing.
We welcome submissions of research papers and early-stage research ideas that authors wish to discuss with the participating journal editors.
Early-career scholars seeking to develop their understanding of the academic publishing process
Established scholars interested in conducting high-quality business research
Researchers affiliated with universities in emerging and developing economies
Format
The PDWs are designed to provide substantive and constructive feedback to authors whose submissions have been accepted by the workshop organizers. Each workshop will comprise two components:
1
90 minutes
The editorial team will lead a session addressing the manuscript review process and key considerations for authors seeking to publish in ETP, JPIM, IMR, and other leading journals in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation, and international marketing.
2
90 minutes
This session will focus on the research papers accepted for the PDW. Authors will have the opportunity to present their work and receive targeted developmental feedback aimed at strengthening their manuscripts and enhancing their prospects of publication in an appropriate academic journal.
Submissions
Scholars interested in participating in a PDW are invited to submit one of the following through the online submission system:
